What is your return policy?We offer simple returns on all our prints. If it shows up damaged in any way just let us know and we will fix it.
The gist of it is we will send you a return label and ship you a new print.
Can I get this print on metal, acrylic, etc... ?Short answer, Yes.
Most photos are available in almost any size or medium, we only list common sizes in the store but can do custom orders. Just reach out to us at info@birchwoodcs.com and we will be happy to help.
Can I get it this size?Yes

Do you ship internationally?Yes

How will my prints arrive?That really depends on what you order. Generally speaking all of your order will be shipped in the same box but, packaged individually to ensure they are kept safe.
What are fine art prints?Fine art prints are archive quality prints that are made with acid free materials to ensure they last for generations.
